SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Notice: While most orders ship sooner, due to manufacturing, inventory, demand, and shipping, some orders may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and support—thank you for being a part of Hooked By Faith!
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items should be in like-new condition — free from damage or odors, and with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Return an Item

Contact our customer service team at sales@hookedbyfaith.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where and how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our guidelines, we may need to issue a partial refund or return the item to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is no longer available, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
